Solutions to the ash leakage problem in ash conveying pipelines

The main causes of ash leakage in ash conveying pipelines include excessive conveying speed, non-wear-resistant pipeline materials, properties of conveyed particles, and unreasonable pipeline design. High conveying speed leads to enhanced cutting ability of particles on pipelines, which aggravates pipeline wear; insufficient cutting resistance of pipeline materials will also accelerate the wear process; changes in hardness and particle size of conveyed particles will also affect the degree of pipeline wear; and unreasonable pipeline design, such as too small turning radius, will increase the impact and wear of particles on pipelines.
